Cookbook creator says: MARCIP says: Parmesan Tuna Patties are perfect for lent! I substituted bread crumbs for the flax meal and doubled the recipe-this made bigger burger-sized patties. Served them on sandwhich thins-they were great! I put some melted cheese on one and my toddler asked for seconds.

Cookbook creator says: MARCIP says: I used a white cake mix and Diet A&W Cream soda. These are really good, but I think next time I will freeze them- I have been eating way too many! I want to try a chocolate cake mix with Cherry Coke Zero and freeze them for a much cheaper alternative to Vita muffins!
