Get up and Go Breakfast

I'm a big fan of sleep and not a very good morning person so I need simple easy breakfasts that take very little time to prep and cook. These are some of my favorite recipes for just that situation.

This has a great combination of fruit, milk and fiber to create a good wake up and go meal. You can also substitute milk for soy milk if you want.
