My father used to make this when I was sick, it was the best chicken soup I have ever had. A little high on sodium so usually I substitute for the low sodium broth. Another alternative for this soup is using wheat flour to make the noodles instead of white flour. Submitted by AMBARRY1975 Carbs: 52.4g | Fat: 3.5g | Fiber: 1.9g | Protein: 19.4g | Calories: 329.5

This is a classic corn chowder that my mother used to make, it has quite a bit of flavor. I have also added variations by adding crab or lobster with some Old Bay seasoning to the mix. Submitted by AMBARRY1975 Carbs: 62.9g | Fat: 8.5g | Fiber: 6g | Protein: 15.9g | Calories: 374.2
