Easy to make instant oatmeal flavored like pumpkin pie. Perfect for a warm fall-inspired breakfast. Feel free to be creative and add other ingredients as desired, such as a handful of nuts, a tbsp of almond butter, sliced fruit, etc.

Original recipe calls for regular breakfast sausage, such as Jimmy Dean. But I found this substitute to taste just as good and much less fat and healthier. A great grab and go breakfast. Make ahead and wrap individually in the refridge, micro for 30 seconds on high and go!!

The original recipe was for pancakes, but I make them in our Belgian Waffle maker, thus the number of servings is low and the size is high.

I also use olive oil instead of veg. oil so I get the good fats in my diet.

These are FULL of FLAVOR if this doesnt jump start your metabolism nothing will. I like to make these in advance and freeze them for a quick meal on the go.
