These cupcakes are lighter and more "eggy" than a regular cheesecakes. They are great with a dab of sugar free jam.
Cream Cheese should be at room temperature. I use about 1/4 cup of Davinci Sugar Free Syrup but you can use more or less depending on how sweet you want it. Try different flavors in this recipe - my favorite is Dulce de Leche!

yet another variety of the microwave flax muffins. I am so obsessed with these! It will taste a lot more authentic if you put in some actual raspberries, but that will make it unsuitable for induction so your choice! Comment if you make it and enjoy.

No ice cream maker necessary! This is best made in a Ninja Master Prep Quad Blade Food & Drink Maker (bought mine on QVC, but have seen them in SAMS and other retail outlets). A friend tried it in a blender and had success as well.

Much like the atkins bars This ends up being about the same stats as the Atkins bars. I wrap each bar in plastic and keep them in refrigerator. It sets up fairly hard, and is about the consistency of an Atkins bar. I keep them in the fridge because of the cream cheese
