These are easy to make, tasty and very low in calories at 53 per brownie. Low in sodium also so these are a win ~ win desert your family & friends will love but never know how good they really are!! To increase protein source just add your favorite nuts; add an ounce of nuts to batter before pouring into prepared pan. Be sure to include the added calories of the nuts if added.
For parties - why not double this recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan.

Started with Toll House original cookie recipe and modified to include some substitute products such as whole wheat flour, Twin sugar substitute, Country Crock and Egg Beaters and was able to reduce calories, add healthy alternatives and save the taste.Submitted by TLB1630
Made with box mix but used unsweetened applesauce inplace of oil. Also used Coco Powder added to container of Cream Cheese frosting but used 1/2 of a container.Submitted by TLB1630

I revamped an original recipe named Peanut Butter Spotlights from "Old-Fashion Country Cookies" cookbook. Now less than half the original calories, used mini chocolate chips in place of candy coated peanut butter pieces. Oh soo good!Submitted by TLB1630
This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers. Submitted by HOCKIMAMA
