Love alfredo, but hate the fat and calories? I know I do and I came up with this slimmed-down version so I could have my alfredo and eat it too! This is meant for one, but can easily be doubled or more if necessary.

This recipe has 8.4 grams of fiber and 18 grams of protein per serving. You could substitue ground turkey and turkey bacon to save calories. A yummy side dish with BBQ pork or I like to serve it as a main dish.
