These are absolutely fantastic and an easy way to do lasagna without the fuss of baking an hour! And, they look so elegant! While 2 is a serving, 1 was plenty!!! And, for 2 of them, at almost 400 calories, that is not bad for a dinner!

Add yourself a salad with a lite vinegarette dressing and it's absolutely superb!

And, as always, there are many variations and I've included my own below.
