This sesame bar recipe is a real surprise. How could anything taste so good that takes only 10 minutes to prepare. It makes a wonderful dessert, or energy bar for a nutritious pick me up. [Recipe taken from whfoods.org]

This is a combo of recipes that I found. I figured that if it was good enough for stuffing, it was good enough for bread!
If you like rye...try using caraway seeds in the mix!
A great filler would be avocado, tomato, spinach, and sprouts!
I did NOT add in dehydration time. This is a very thick bread, so it may take quite some time to dehydrate it to your liking.
I estimated that 2 pieces is equal to 1 serving.

Even my hubby loves this recipe. I try to keep it on hand for quick lunches and easy dinners. It's great on toasted bread with soy cheese and a big tomato slice.

Hummus made with sesame oil and sesame seeds, fresh lemon, garlic and cumin. Great with home made crackers or cut up veggies.

As vegetarians, we are always trying to be creative with fun ingredients and different alternatives to the standard boring fare. We make a LOT of different veggie and bean burgers, mostly because I use it as an excuse to feed my ketchup addiction. :) But this burger takes the cake. The best part is that you can interchange ingredients as you please – substitute any type of bean or seed, and you’ll still get the same result – just a slightly different flavor!
