Cookbook creator says: Delish- Pam made, "I used red pepper instead of green and I probably used oregano instead of cilantro but I didn't make a note of it. I also added 1 tsp. salt but I started with dry beans and soaked and cooked them myself so if I used canned, I would try it without salt first."

A farily healthy style of chicken wings, these are baked, not fried. You may substitue mild chicken wing sauce for hot if you perfer a hotter tasting wing. You may also increase the Tabasico sauce. If you perfer your wings on the mild side, stick with the recipe the way it is.

My mother makes these and are delicious. I had no idea how many calories I was taking in when I was eating them. Not sure if the calories on the wings is accurate.
