Eat two or three of these in the morning and a high fiber muffin and you're good to go! Low calorie, high protein. I would have used fresh chopped onion if I had it on hand at the time.

This cereal will keep you full and provides fiber, protein, and minerals. It is a little high in calories but is breakfast in a bowl, nothing else needed. Flavored with cinnamon and cardamon. Of course you can use any fruit and reduce calories by using water instead of milk.

This lasagna is craziness! It's got ground turkey, silken tofu, and veggies! It's "Pink Panther" because that's what it will look like before you put it in the oven. My husband doesn't like tofu and he didn't notice it in this recipe. We had a friend over for dinner who asked for seconds. So, even if you aren't a tofu-lover or have never used it, don't shy away from this recipe!

This is a tasty, high fiber, high protein, low fat meal-in-a-bowl. The sodium count is high, but still much lower than is typical for chili. If you didn't use the tomato sauce the sodium amounts would dramatically decrease. This chili will fill you up with a one cup serving. Top it with diced onion, sour cream, and cheese.
