I love nothing more than Roast Poatoes, but trying to cut out the extra fat, I found by spaying the pan with Olive Oil cooking Spray, first, then cut and wedge the potatoes to suit, Lightly spray the poatoes, I sprinkled lightly with garlic powder and mixed herbs (italian seasoning), baked at 425. half way through toss the potatoes and spray the other side, finish cooking...about 1hr total..Submitted by USJEWEL
