Cookbook creator says: I like because you can change the blackberries to any berry you want. I like mixed berries! Plus you can fix a big batch and freeze them! Pick them up in the morning out of the fridge and nuke them for a few seconds....YUMMM-O

I just looooove the flavor of the Oriental flavor ramen, but don't want the MSG or high salt. Here is a copycat that tastes just like it, without the sodium. I use it in everything now, and add salt to taste.

My sister gave me this one and it is beyond simple. I fix it before I leave for work and often even put in frozen chicken breasts and they fall apart in the crock pot. It tastes like it has lots of cream and somehow..cheese even though it doesn't.

I LOVE cheese soup, and I also love Tortilla soup thats why I created this soup! It is so good! You can't just have 1 bowl. Even the pickiest eaters in my family will eat 2 or 3 bowls :)
Best thing is, It cost around $7 to make it!

Hint: To bring the sodium content down, which isn't reflected in the nutritional info here, I drain and rinse all of the beans. Using 4 cans of beans, at 440 mg. of sodium per serving (3.5 servings per can), I would assume that the sodium content in this recipe is considerably less after draining and rinsing the beans.

I found this recipe in the Kraft food & family Holiday 2009 magazine. The original recipe had 190 calories and 9 grams of fat. I entered this recipe into the recipe calculator to see if I could make it less "fatty" by substituting the cream cheese with fat free cream cheese and the vanilla pudding with sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding. I also substituted the original canned pumpkin for no salt added canned pumpkin. This is seriously the world's best spinach and artichoke dip! It's creamy and fairly low fat. I use low fat cream cheese, but you could use fat free. This slimmed down version of your favorite dip is easy to make--and it's light enough for you to load up on it! This can also become a decadent pasta sauce. (As a sauce, it makes 10 servings. You might need to thin it a bit with cooking water from the pasta.)
