This cake is soooo delicious I found myself eating some for breakfast. The recipe is from Simply Recipes but I modified it could be "CLEANER." I do have some white sugar in there but you can opt not to have it and substitute by doubling up the brown sugar or using maple syrup, sucanat, or honey its up to you.
