This is called Cheater Chili at our house because it is so easy. Everyone always raves about it though.
I add the garlic and onion to taste. You can add 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey to this recipe. If you rinse the beans before adding, you reduce sodium and gas production.Submitted by INFORM555
We had leftover "Easy Ratatouille" and a bunch of great veggies, and dark quinoa (also leftover from a previous meal this week) so my husband made some soup by adding more fresh broccoli, carrot, mushroom and a tablespoon of olive oil and some additional dill for spice.. .Submitted by HEATHER_RT
Cookbook creator says: I changed it a bit: I added carrots, broccoli and onions, after sauteeing them a little in Earth Balance Olive Oil margarine. Added some cheddar cheese, used real eggs (5 total) and 2% organic milk. They are in the oven now...but they sure look good so far! : )Submitted by KALORIE-KILLAH
