This is a fast, easy and delicious way to get in fresh raw broccoli. I adapted the recipe from the Whole Foods Broccoli Crunch Salad. The ingredients are simple and relatively inexpensive but they charge $8.49 a pound for it....much cheaper to make at home....and fresher.

This is very filling and filled with flavor, great for lunch or at a picnic. The dressing is yogurt based so you don't have to worry about spoilage

very tasty and healthy. I served it on the Chrismas party in our house, everybody liked it and noone even noticed it was low cal salad .
I boil the chiken with salt and spices and save the broth for the soup
