My mom made this for years, and I loved it as a kid. It comes out brownish because of the spices, is always super moist, and is DELICIOUS! This version calls for gluten-free flour, but regular flour may easily be substituted.

This is a recipe I found that made 300 cookies- way too many to have on hand in my house... so I've modified it to make about 90 large cookies. This recipe is so yummy and no flour!

Delicious chili that is a meal in itself! Can easily be prepared in a slow cooker. Serve with a salad and pita bread for a perfect dinner.

Cookbook creator says: Made this last night and it was very good. I made my husbands with flour tortillas and mine with corn. I didn't feel deprived at all. Since I don't like avocado that much I made guacamole for my husband to put on top.

Cookbook creator says: I used GF oats, blueberries, raisins and almonds. I also add the flax. I like easy so I put everything together and then straight into the microwave for about 2 minutes. Make sure to watch it because it will boil over. I added Truvia (stevia) to sweeten it. It's good.
