Cookbook creator says: I used GF oats, blueberries, raisins and almonds. I also add the flax. I like easy so I put everything together and then straight into the microwave for about 2 minutes. Make sure to watch it because it will boil over. I added Truvia (stevia) to sweeten it. It's good.
