Will be less calories than stated, since nutritional label included the syrup, which we do not use in this recipe. This is an alternative to that sugary sweet marshmallow topped usual holiday fare. These are kind of high caloric as side dishes go, but they are reeeeealllly yummy, so I think that they're worth it. Diced ham would work just as well as Canadian Bacon.
