I love wonton soup. I pre-make my wontons in HUGE batches for a quick, easy and low calorie dinner. I mix my wontons with chicken broth, hot sauce and tons of fresh veggies.

This recipe is easy enough to adjust to a smaller size. I used two packages of ground turkey, mixed with all the veggies - I ended up with 252 wontons to freeze.Submitted by SOTYPICAL
