No Fry Sweet & Sour Chicken

Took a sweet & sour recipe we enjoyed and tried to make it a little quicker to fix and better for you by taking out the frying! It makes plenty of delicious sauce, and you can add more vegetables to it depending on your family's preference!

Spring Rolls

This recipe is really easy; it's really more of a process than a recipe. Rice paper wrappers, which are available in the ethnic sections of most larger supermarkets these days, are a great way to wrap your veggies and protein for a quick snack or light lunch.

Chinese Dumplings, Steamed

Homemade version of Chinese dumplings. Super easy to make. No MSG!

To Freeze: Put in a single layer on waxed paper on a cookie tray. When frozen, store in a bag or container. To use, do not defrost. Heat a pot of water to boiling, and put wontons in frozen. They are done when they float!Submitted by VHALKYRIE
