Cookbook creator says: Only comment is make sure you keep it on LOW and not anything else overnight. And 8 hours is the MAX. I ended up cooking this and it burnt on the sides after 8 hours. It could have been my cooker, though.

I got this from a recipe on SparkPeople, but I reduced the calories, carbs, and sodium. It calls for any diet soda. I actually used Coke Zero. I also used Budweiser Barbecue Sauce (it had the lowest sodium).
