This is also very good with artificial sweetener which lowers the calories. People who don't care for tart salad can add a little water to thin the vinegar taste. Very refreshing salad

This is a great recipe for a dip to bring to a party or social gathering. I also love it on chicken tacos for a lean healthy meal option.
