Cookbook creator says: It's a family fave since I was little. The only thing I do different is I add a can of cut green beans (drained) to the meat and soup miture. I pour that mixture in the bottom of the baking dish. Then top with slices of cheese and the tater tots. That keeps the tater tots crunchy.
