A warm, spinach artichoke dip, that is great to serve to guests and to family. We like to eat it with anything from corn chips or Triscuits to celery sticks.

This recipe I adapted from a friend, and it's easy to take places. I've submitted this recipe to my local paper, and it was featured there in the Spring of '09.

A few extra ingredients changes the taste of my original Chili with Red Beans recipe. I don't put any extra spices in it, because on of our kids is sensitive to them, but the Mister and I both top off our chili with some pickled jalapeño’s for some extra heat. :o)
