Cookbook creator says: I combined the 2 Cordon Blue recipes I have here in my cookbook, used whole wheat cracker crumbs instead of shake and bake and used the laughing cow cheese instead of the provolone. Cut chicken, made a pocket,not pounded and rolled. Also added some sundried tomatoes for fun in the pocket. Awesome!Submitted by CARMELPIMPIN84
Cookbook creator says: I used 2 lbs lean ground beef and 1/3 cup barbeque sauce. Used Triscuits and some seasoned whole wheat crackers crushed up instead of oatmeal for a change. Did not double crushed cracker amount, however. Both oatmeal and crackers are good, just a preference or what you have on hand.Submitted by MEIER86
