I eat this on many mornings. I find it filling and satisfying.

I wasn't able to find orange zest in the ingredients so I'm not sure how many calories are in that ingredient. You could also substitute the orange craisins if you want.

I don't use sugar to sweeten this recipe because the cranberries are sweet enough for me. I add 1 serving of margerine which is not included in the recipe ingredients or calorie count.

Yummy fluffy pancakes with whole wheat flour. The sodium content is a little high. You can drop that by 400 mg by lowering the baking powder to 1 T instead of two.

These moist pancakes are lightly spiced for the palate of my young child. If you like a bit more pizzazz, you can increase the spices or add others. Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice both work nicely here.
