i took this from allrecipes.com & tailored to fit our family. not really the healthiest but i'm sure there are ways to make it better for you.

we usually add shredded lettuce & tomatoes on top.

This is a really easy recipe for Guacamole and it taste great!. Calories are not bad at all, it only has natural ingridients.(no mayo add). this will make about a cup (8 oz). goes with carne asada,tostadas,chips,tacos, even sandwiches.
