Cookbook creator says: consider broiling for 2 mins then cover with sauce and turn over... broil 1 min then cover with sauce turn off oven and leave in thee 5 mins.
people complained of the sauce burning before the fish was done. Recipe not tried yet!

Grill with cooking spray instead of fry to save calories
Finely chop seasonings in chopper or blender for smoother texture
