Very filling super delicious, and SPICY!! You can tone down the spiciness by substituting plain Diced Tomatoes instead of ones with Green Chilies as I do.

Very easy to make & bake. I usually serve along with brown rice.

Low cost if use left over roasted chicken dark meat. May srve over whole wheat toast, biscuits, whole grain rice, or noodle. [starch side is not calculated.] Or may eat as is.
Modification of my grandmother's recipe to make lower fat & lower carb.

This is the similar to the Crock Pot Salsa Chicken, but with the brand names we use and cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. The breasts we buy are from SAMS club and are much larger. The nutritional info came out much different.
