Cookbook creator says: make in muffin cups
This recipe contains an entire serving of dairy in just 1/2 cup of yogurt. Inulin is just a tasteless, textureless fiber. The brand I use is FiberSure. Sweeten to taste before eating. I use a packet of Splenda for a 1/2 cup serving of yogurt, but sugar would work just as well. For good health, I like to use an organic yogurt for the starter. That way you know the various cultures are alive. Also, I like to use a yogurt that tells me how many cultures it contains.Submitted by AMANDAJ.
