I got this recipe from a Low Carb Crockpot cookbook and "tweaked" it for lower cholesterol and sodium content. STILL high in sodium, though!

This is a powerful yet light breakfast and/or snack wrap. You can add whatever spices you want to suit your own taste. But this is a high protein, high fiber, low fat, low carb, yummy filling breakfast or snack, for less than 220 calories!

Panko Bread Crumbs add a wonderful crunchy coating to fish fillets that gives them a "deep fried" taste. Even fish haters like me love it and can learn to enjoy fish! ***NOTE: In light of the recent discussions about over fishing and the Spark article about "safe fish", I am removing the "Orange Roughy" from the title. I use Alaskan Halibut for my recipe now, but I leave the choice of fish up to each of you for yourselves. :-)
