I make my own sausages out of necessity because I can't buy "American" or "Italian" style sausages in Sweden. This recipe can be used for any recipe that calls for pork sausage. It takes only a few minutes to prepare. It's better than packaged sausage (in my humble opinion) and definitely better for you since you control what's in your sausage!Submitted by SINDLICIOUS
These I have only made for the top of a pot pie but they were light on the inside and crusty on the out side. They did not get soggy and absorb all the gravy. I addes some shredded chedder chees and pepper to the top but did not include in the ingriedents.
