Half whole wheat flour, thick crust
These I have only made for the top of a pot pie but they were light on the inside and crusty on the out side. They did not get soggy and absorb all the gravy. I addes some shredded chedder chees and pepper to the top but did not include in the ingriedents.

From Eating Well - Modified with half whole wheat flour and half unbleached white flour. You could up the olive oil to 3T and leave out the sesame oil and scallions for a good basic flat bread.Submitted by JOEANNI
