The sweetness of the green peppers is a great compliment to the mild spice of the sausage. No additional seasonings are needed making this a quick, simple meal.

This is an easy dish to add your own flair to, just keep in mind additions will change the nutrition content. Also, brown rice can be substituted for the white rice.
