This is my mom's chocolate chip banana bread recipe. It is so easy and so delicious! If you want to cut even more calories leave out the chocolate chips. The nutritional information is based off 15 regular muffins, however this recipe can also be converted into mini muffins or bread. If your cooking mini muffins- preheat over to 400 degrees and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. For bread, set the oven to 350 degrees and bake for approximately one hour.
