These cream cheese wontons taste just like the kind at the chinese buffet but I've substituted neufchatel for real cream cheese, and they're baked with non-stick cooking spray (I like Crisco Original 0-calorie spray in the blue spray can) instead of deep fried. Each wonton is only 34 calories! These are great for parties and your guests will think they're unhealthy they taste so good!

This is a simple recipe that tastes amazing, it is also better than any traditional chicken Parmesan I had tried. When you consider it's lower in fat, takes about 10 minutes to put together, it's no wonder why this is my new favorite recipe.

It's to die for! This recipe cuts about half the calorie/fas from The original recipe which calls for whipped chive cream cheese and regular bacon. Add some Rice Pilaf and Peas...... and Yummy dish.
