A good meal for diabetics. You can cook some rice and favorite vegetable to serve with this. Nutritional info is not included in the rice and vegetables. This is something that will smell your whole house up and make your mouth water.

This is the similar to the Crock Pot Salsa Chicken, but with the brand names we use and cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. The breasts we buy are from SAMS club and are much larger. The nutritional info came out much different.

This tortilla soup tastes better than anything you can get at a restaurant. And it's healthy too! Don't let the long list of ingredients fool you. All you do is dump everything into the slow cooker and walk away.
