A relatively healthy and very tasty soup that has a surprise ingredient ( peanut butter). People find it hard to guess the 'secret ingredient' until they know what it is...and then....the flavour becomes very apparent once they have been made aware.

This came from a copy of Southern Living Magazine. I have added chicken and tri-tip to make this full meal. Lemon-poppy seed dressing is in a different recipe, in order to keep the nutritional info separate. You may find a different dressing you like better to go with this salad!!
