I'm really into healthy to the extreme of buying organic fruits and vegetables and eating hormone, nitrate free meats.
I'm also lactose intolerant and have trouble with eating wheat. I use stevia as my sweetner. I'm glad to see such heatly recipes on SparkPeople.
