Super easy to make for when you need something simple and fast, One dish,less than 400 cals and very filling. The only down side is this dish contains a lot of sodium. In my personal experience I can get away with the sodium every now and then, but I know not all diets allow that, so you could always omit the Steamfesh bags and replace with regular rice and veggies to solve this issue, just more prep involved. This is the similar to the Crock Pot Salsa Chicken, but with the brand names we use and cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. The breasts we buy are from SAMS club and are much larger.
