I made this in my rice cooker yesterday: I set the timer and wandered away from it for a few hours. When I came home, the whole house smelled wonderful! I found this recipe on the back of the box of the Old El Paso Soft Taco Bake Kit. I altered the recipe by changing a few ingredients. It called for salsa, kidney beans, and Monterrey Jack cheese.
