The sauce without the meat is Under 100 calories.. you don't miss any flavor! This meatball and spagettie goes nicely over stripped zucchini noodles that you make yourself... (you need a special tool to do that but it is worth it if you like zucchini and want a lo carb substitute for the noodles)

I love cauliflower...and cheese. Ham adds a bit of flavor and protein. You can sub chicken and light cheese for an even lighter meal. Have one cup with a salad, or two cups if your hungrier.

We had some leftover rye bread so I decided to make my own dill dip. 52.5 cal. per 2T serving is a whole lot better than the store's 120 cal.! I think I'll make this more often.
