I just got myself a bento box because I always thought it looked like a healthy way to eat. This is a traditional egg dish which has many layers. Fairly easy to make, little sweet, little salty. Can be eaten cold.

My brother brought this delicious recipe (called Okono miyaki) back from Japan - even my husband, who's picky about cabbage, loves it! It's an easy way to get vegetables and very low-calorie, too.
