Position oven rack 4" from heat source, prehead broiler. In small bowl combine all other ingredients and mix until paste forms. Place steak on rack set in broiler pan. spread mixture on top side only. Broil wntil steak is cooked to desired doneness, 5-6 minutes for medium rare. Let stand 10 minutes before sliciing.
