I see so many delicious varities of this. You can even take your basil and sundried tomatoe and make a nice
Pesto sauce. I like to grill my chicken. And cut it in thin strips. And place my sundried tomatoe/feta cheese mixture on top with a drizzle of balsamic vinegrette. And eat is as an Appetizer or over a bed of baby greens. I am even thinking of eating this in
a whole wheat wrap or even a crossiant,but I have not tried it that way as of yet,but you cna always get creative with this. Submitted by TACHANA
This is the similar to the Crock Pot Salsa Chicken, but with the brand names we use and cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. The breasts we buy are from SAMS club and are much larger. The nutritional info came out much different.Submitted by TMARSHALL1667

Meatloaf made with lean ground turkey can tend to be dry and mealy. The shredded zuchinni in this recipe not only adds nutritional value, but moistness and tenderness. Using instant oatmeal (vs. regular or quick oatmeal) also helps ensure a more tender, uniform texture.

My rendition of classic chicken cacciatore, designed for us bariatric patients and people who want a more reasonable dish. Yes, there is olive oil in it, but its a healthier oil and the flavor that it brings to the dish cant be duplicated otherwise. Enjoy!Submitted by WOADWOLF
