tired of trying to keep up with fruit intake. try combining them. If you don't won't dairy, you go do it that way to, just add a little bit of corn starch to thicken it up.

Combine all ingredients in blender and enjoy.
just make sure you cut up fruit first

This is a great recipe for those that can't be trusted with ice cream in the house. It doesn't sound like it would be all that good, but it really is. Totally worth a try. It reminds me of a Wendy's frosty, but I think it is better for you and more fun to customize yourself.

Editor's note: Use your favorite milk or yogurt in this recipe. Use ice cubes instead of water for a frozen treat.

Most of the smoothie recipes I've seen are for 3-6 servings. This is a good smoothie for just 1 person. It can be made with a stick blender instead of getting the big one dirty for just one drink!
