This is a quick and easy salad that works well for a picnic. Everyone that has tried it really loves it, especially my husband.

Spray pan on thin baking sheet. Toast pecans for 10 min. remove from over and salt lightly. Toast cashews and coconut seperately. Add all other ingredients and toast. I would toast for 8 min, stir and put back into oven until done.
