Cookbook creator says: Tasted Great! Ended up baking the chicken for about 20 minutes in the oven. Should probably wait till 10 minutes from end to add the cheese and tomatoes. Added avocado after done baking.

Cookbook creator says: Was ok. Think I used too much cilantro. And added shredded parmesan cheese while still boiling the sauce, which caused the cheese to clump up and attach a lot of the cilantro leaves and garlic. Next time add cheese when serving.
