Cookbook creator says: I actually made some changes that make this even better. Instead of flour, I used about 4 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water to thicken it. Also, rather than cloves of garlic, I used probably 3 tbsp of jarred minced garlic. Delicious.Submitted by DANCEMOM27
