I USED THE RECIPE BY DOWNTOWNJB AND JUST TOOK OUT THE WHOLE EGGS AND SIMPLY USED ENOUGH EGG SUBSTITUTE TO REPLACE 4 EGG WHITES AND 2 WHOLE EGGS.

This is ZONE friendly.. a little high in Fat... and just add a Piece of Fruit or Two (or a salad) to make a complete meal... Great to bring to a brunch. There's no crust... and you won't miss it...
